We aim to provide clear information about cancellations and refunds for services purchased on Bulk Phone Lookup.

Cancellation

If you purchased a service or credits in error, please contact our support team immediately at support@bulkhonelookup.com. Requests to cancel scheduled or in-progress lookups may not always be possible if processing has already started.

Refunds
  1. General policy: All fees for services and credits are generally non-refundable, unless required by applicable law or in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
  2. Faulty service: If a service we provided was materially defective or failed due to our systems, contact support within 24 hours so we can investigate and, where appropriate, offer a refund or credit.
  3. How to request: To request a refund, email support with your account details, order/transaction reference, and a description of the issue. We will respond with our decision and any next steps.
Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider before contacting us, please also notify us. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in restrictions on your account.
